Buff [Inferno] to match [Arrow rain]

Both inferno and arrow rain are AoE skills of 3rd job bowmaster.

They were meant to deal with grinding in different situations: the former for far away attack, and the latter for a melee situation. They made bowmaster a more flexible class, which agrees with the usual expectation for bow users to be agile.

Arrow rain was buffed two times in previous years. Its dgm at max level has been increased from 160% to 180%. Its attack range has also been increased.
Inferno, however, never got buffed, and its dgm at max level is still at 160%. Currently, inferno is mostly used as a auxiliary of arrow rain to lure mobs.

Therefore, I suggest to buff the dmg of inferno to match with that of arrow rain. Furthermore, in a later version of MS, burning effect was added to inferno. If possible, I would also suggest to add that.

By the way, I just feel funny that you don't have to be a range after becoming a ranger. [Ranger is the name of the 3rd job bowmaster]
