Bugged Character Disconnected Can't Play The Game

What is supposed to happen?:Can't play the character because of the disconnection

A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):login every time and after using skills, the game goes down
Extra information (optional): after buying some cash items today, I encountered a problem. Every time when I try to use skills, after a while or suddenly the game crashed and disconnected.
