Macintosh Cannot connect to game server

    MacOS version: Big Sur
    Client: Crossover and Parallels Win10, same issue

    Finally, I can select my character without freezing. The screen turned black but then I returned to the login screen with the error 'Cannot connect to game server'.

    I can actually get in by logout MacOS and not enabling VPN, but whenever I DC, I can't relog. It first showed that my account is already logged in. If I restart the game, the aforementioned error comes again. This means that I have to logout MacOS and restart.

    I DC every time when I exit the cash shop, as well as some other random scenarios. So the current situation makes Maplelegends essentially unplayable for me.

    My computer is MBP, my friend used an M1 MBA under the same network, we faced the same issue. Any ideas?
