Windows 8/8.1/10 Cannot Vote

    Hi all,

    I have been trying to vote for the past few days on GTOP and have taken advice from the various threads created before this.
    I have tried:
    1) Clearing my cache/cookies
    2) Downloading at least 5 different browsers
    3) Turning my internet connection on and off

    However, I still am unable to vote, and I keep getting the 'you have already voted' message on GTOP.

    Need help!!
