Can't cast skill Doom on kidmannequin

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): tried use doom on monster kidmannequin. It turned to snail first but after that it turned back to kidmannequin instantly.
    What is supposed to happen?: it should turn to snail.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: taibei 101 maps with monster kid mannequin
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): cast skill doom and wait
