Windows 8/8.1/10 Can't launch the game (tried everything)

    Hi,
    After a very long time of break i was thinking to be back for a little while.
    For some reason i can't connect cause of error "We are unable to connect to MapleLegends...."
    I've tried all the solutions that i saw here (Exclusion in the windows defender, Run as admin and more)

    Can anyone help me please?

    Check your anti virus and firewall since it may be blocking the client.

    i've just format my computer and changed the windows to windows 10.
    i have no anti virus and my firewall is off

    have any other suggestion?

    I will say lately ive discovered im having the same error however its only when im another house that isnt my own. I tried using another computer I tried reinstalling on both computers i tried restarting router i tried re setting up network ive tried everything you guys have mentioned in this thread however it still has the same error so maybe that could provide some insight onto the error and hopefully fix my issue as well when im at the other location

    yea, i have the same problem. Do not download that game on maplelegends homepage. Its not let you enter the game. try that prototype of maplelegends that really works;)

    Well, i defiantly tried any option.
    1) Re-download and Re-install the game
    2) Turned off windows defender and windows firewall
    3) Tried to run as administrator in all compatibility modes
    4) Re-install the game in Program files (86x)
    5) Download regular version of maplestory v62 and put just recommended files there
    6) Even tried another private server with v62 to check if my comp block that version and the server worked.

    Seems like i'm about to give up
    If anyone have some new suggestion i would like to hear... i really miss everyone, i've played the server long time ago when i had windows 8 and it worked.
    Just to inform you guys, i just formatted my computer and installed windows 10, i have no anti-virus here.
