Can't purchase mount skin with donor cash

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Can't purchase mount skin with donor cash - says its a non-donor item
    What is supposed to happen?: I'm pretty sure I should be able to buy mount skins with donor cash considering donor cash is meant for cosmetic items. Seems odd to not be able to as mount skins offer no game advantage other than appearance
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: cash shop
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Purchase donor cash in order to purchase mount skin package
