    Description of the bug: I can't redo the rose quest for the valentines event.
    What is supposed to happen?: I can redo it
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: After I accidentally forfeited the quest
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Select the quest and forfeit it.
