Changes to @mapowner

So here I am wanting to train at GS2 for an hour or so, and EVERY SINGLE TIME the map on every channel is occupied by 2 - 5 people. One cleric is just spamming heal while the others wait.

I can't even train efficiently because they won't let me share, they won't party with me, AND the maps are being occupied 24/7 so I can't even play during off times. Even worse is the fact that some of these people leech each other while one of them sleeps, then when the sleeping person is awake he/she leeches the other while they sleep, essentially keeping the map occupied 24/7.

@mapowner itself is also glitched, once I was partying with a DK and we were sharing the map. When I went afk another person came along and the mapowner transferred to them instead of the DK... despite the fact that he was continuously training there. Mapowner should have transferred to the DK not the new person.

So once again: My problem isn't the fact that I can't have this map to train, my problem is with the @mapowner system and how people are abusing it to stay there 24/7.

Suggestion:

- Limit the length a person can be a mapowner on certain maps per day
or
- Create extra maps for critical training areas like GS2
or
- More channels?
