Macintosh Character has disappeared

    Hello,

    I started playing about a month ago and took a break.. today I come back and use the same login and it prompts me to register a new PIN. I do so and when I get to the character page, it is empty. I had one character before. I was able to log in with this information into the website as well and it says my last login was today which I guess is true but it should reflect the time before.
