Resolved (Windows) Character is stuck in Bigger Ben/Mesogears map

    While i was on my way to Mesogears, upon entering the portal the game shut down on its own and for some reason i could not relog. Several attempts whenever i chose and entered with my character the game would immediately shut down again with this usual noti:

    "Usual" because my client has always had this problem of closing randomly, but most of the time i could simply relog. Any input is greatly appreciated :heartbreak: (i have windows 10 and anti-virus not turned on)
