[Christmas NPC] Rooney

    Description of the bug: Some of the Rooney NPC's are blocking one of the other NPC's or name, which can be quite annoying for other players. In addition, we have had Rooney for 4 months after the Christmas event, so I think it would be considered as a bug.

    Tried to click on Rooney in Lith Harbor, but does not show a message.

    However, it worked in Mushroom Shrine.

    What is supposed to happen?: It was suppose to be removed after the Christmas Event.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Henesys, Lith Harbor, Mushroom Shrine, Ludibrium, etc..
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    Extra information (optional): If we ever do a GM event that relates to naming an NPC, I would probably recommend removing it.
