Windows 8/8.1/10 Client not opening

    Hey guys,
    trying to play on the server
    When I first downloaded and installed legends 2 days ago then it launched fine, but that was launched from the installer after it completed.

    Now, I'm trying to open the desktop client along with the one in my maplelegends folder and it just isn't popping up and is not giving me any error.

    It's showing up in my processes task bar, but no client actually launches.

    I have windows 10, no anti virus, no windows defender, no firewall.

    Any resolution?

    Have you tried reinstalling ? Or just restart the computer?

    Having this same problem and can't figure out why or when it's causing it. Sometimes it will run after I reinstall after a fresh reboot but it will never run a second time on the same application that worked the first time. Mirror 1 is the only one that has ran for me, not sure why. Help plz can't find anything on this.

    Hey, I got this resolved although I'm not sure if it'll work for you.

    Try changing the compatibility mode to XP Service pack 2 or something else.
    Works fine for me now.

    I tried this before posting, but having tried again just now it is working. I don't know why but it works /shrug
