Update Client Patch Notes: 1.7

Hello,

Christmas Event is here and so we also have a new client patch. Do note this topic only contains the CLIENT changes, as well as minor .wz changes.

New .ini options

As teased on Discord, you now have the option to change the transition speed when changing maps, as well as other transitions such as Cash Shop, logging-on, etc.

1 = Classic (Default)
2 = Current MapleStory
3 = MapleLegends' Own Tweaks

Click on each of them to show a demonstration. You can change this in the Legends.ini after the patch!

Quest QOL changes

Also teased on Discord is quests showing minutes in the complete tab. This was for some reason never done in the official server ever. Either way, we now have the freedom to do it ourselves!

Small UI fixes

Because we make use of a completely custom UI for our event that is based of the Item Megaphone UI, we thought we could re-polish the Item megaphone UI as well while at it.

Small font colour tweaks

Green NPC font. It has put countless eyes in huge pain. No longer!

Improved logging

Now when any Error 38 occur, it will be directly logged which packet was incorrectly parsed to the client. We've noticed a very rare Error 38 occurring during bossing, so hopefully, with this logging improvements, we can pinpoint why it's happening!

More things may be added if we remember about it.
