Windows 8/8.1/10 Client stops responding

    Hi all,

    game keeps fading to black and freezing. Task manager states game is not repsonding. i have disabled antivirus and windows defender, tried re-installing it numerous times, my pc is up to date and its still crashing. very frustrating experience so far.. just joined the server last week so the problem has always been occuring. hope you guys can be of any help. thanks!

    Have you tried restart your PC by any chance? If so, can you try change compatibility mode to Windows 7?

    changed to win7 compatibility. game has been running smooth for a while now. hope this fixed the issue..

    Hi Kimberly,

    it appears its still not running correctly. whilst I was afk the client shut itself down and the MapleLegends.exe shortcut deleted itself from my desktop. is this a known issue?

    creating an exception in my antivirus was not enough. the antivirus had to be completely un-installed. now its running smooth and I can continue my road to 200. :)

    You should just replace it, not having an anti-virus is a bad idea..
    Which anti-virus did you normally use?

    give it a try (its free)

    Try one of these two they work for Android, Windows and iOS(MAC)

    Avast - I use this on my MAC

    AVG - I use this on my Windows
