[Community Event] Custom Damage Skin Contest

Dear players, slackers, memers and inactives,

As a slight addition to the Anniversary Event, we (ProTato and I), would like to see you guys participating in a small graphics competition.


In this competition, you guys can try to design the best damage skin you can come up with. It might be the best because it's aesthetically pleasing, humorous or perhaps you want to include some more dank maymays into your game and think you have the right skills for the job.
Now, don't let this scare you into thinking "Oh no! I can't do graphic design as well as Zebezian ! What will I do now?!" You'll be able to participate just fine. All you need is Paint, Photoshop, Gimp or whatever and a sense of creativity, because perhaps your funny idea will draw the votes in your favor.

Initially we were planning on setting the submission deadline a week after we released the topic, so we could keep everyone happily in the Anniversary-vibe, however, after some discussion we decided that this would work better with a longer period to work on it, so we've decided to set the deadline to the first of may.

In order to participate, you'll have to hand in your designs for the skin in the following format:

A design for the digits 0123456789 for non-crit hits (So 10 files):
Dimensions: 58 x 56 pixels

A design for the digits 0123456789 for crit hits (So 10 files):
Dimensions: 52 x 49 pixels
filetype: .png

A design for 'Miss'
Dimensions: 114 x 63 pixels
filetype: .png

On the first of may, a new topic will be made with screenshots of all the damage skins (in game). At that time, we'll base the voting specifics on the number of submissions that we have. Let's say we get ~10 submissions, it should suffice to let everyone have 1 vote. However, if submissions start reaching the higher numbers, we'd like to give people the chance to vote twice. This will all be anounced on the first of may!

Now why would you participate?
Because not only will all (reasonable) designs be made into actual wz edits for everyone to use, the one that gets deemed the best by the public vote will be posted in Poofcakes' cosmetic wz edits thread. So everyone on Legends will get the chance to see and use your skin!
