Medium Crashing when redeeming gacha ticket

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):
    I only tried using my common and rare gacha tickets at Ellinia, but both times I was brought back to the login screen with a somewhat glitched overlapping appearance.

    What is supposed to happen?: Redeem gacha tickets and client not to crash.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Yesterday in Ellinia, haven't tried today.

    Don’t click your npc chat too quickly. It’s a known bug and happens with any npc. Or at least it should be since I mentioned it to the staff multiple times, hearing “then don’t click so fast” haha​

    This by the way is what our new scripting system that is currently being tested for event NPC's should hopefully fix too.

    Thanks guys, I tried waiting for the entire text to load before I clicked, still crashes.
    But I'm not fussed, it's not thaaaaat much of a hassle. I'll be patient until the fix thank you :)

    Don't you just hate it when someone asks you to show proof, and you go and try to replicate it, and then IT DOESN'T HAPPEN ANYMORE?
    Anyway, I guess it's working fine, not really sure how I did it differently before, but it's working haha! Thanks Kimmy!

    I know this is kind of an old post but I just started playing and I'm having this exact bug, it is almost every time. also it appears to be using my tickets but not giving me an item on the times it crashes the game. The text that says "you got.." or whatever after you turn it in literally only gets that far before it boots me, just those two words. Then it will be at the login screen but with that same chatbox with only the 2 words "you got" in it preventing me from even logging back in cause it is in the way. Makes me close out the program and reopen it. Im afraid to use anymore tickets now, anyone find a solution for this yet?

    Edit: So I just tried again, I think i am actually getting the items when being booted, I just didn't realize it before cause it was giving me scrolls i already had so I just didn't notice the stack go up. This time I did have an entirely new scroll in my inventory so I know I did get something despite the crash. So not as big of a deal, just slightly annoying.
