Low CWKPQ closed when the Expedition Leader left party

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):When the Expedition Leader passed party leader to her mule and left the party to MW the other party, we got teleported out.
    What is supposed to happen?: Presumably not get teleported out
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:CWKPQ
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    Extra information (optional): I remember that CWKPQ was fixed so that if the Expedition Leader DCed, leadership would pass to someone else instead of ending the PQ, so I assume this isn't intentional.

    happens when expedition leader leaves the party. just as you fail the pq if you leave the party as a leader during lpq, same thing applies when you are the expedition leader.

    For the one party PQs like LPQ and APQ, anyone who leaves the party gets teleported out, not the case with CWK. When you are a expedition leader for Zak or HT , any parties can be reformed inside without it closing.

    the reason parties can be reformed while in HT or Zak is because being an expedition leader is meaningless. However, CWKPQ is different in a way that expedition leader has a designated role, thus it works similarly to how party quests work.
