D/C'd before redeeming Bride/Groom Onyx Chest

    Description of the bug: The wedding went smoothly, even Kimberly was in attendance at around 9:30am server time. Once everybody exited the wedding map, we were all in Amoria. But before I redeemed the Bride/Groom Onyx Chest, I equipped the Golden Heart Wedding Ring, I got disconnected instantly. When I relogged, I talked to Pila Present to redeem the Bride/Groom Onyx Chest but she gave me the dialog stating that I didn't have the Bride/Groom Onyx Chest in my inventory and I'm unable to receive the Onyx Apples rewarded from the wedding.

    Im pretty sure in the past the boxes weren't refunded for the exact reason that it warns you multiple times.

    It said not to equip it DURING the wedding ceremony. Like I said, I did not equip the ring during the wedding.
    We completed the wedding ceremony and once we all made it back to Amoria, I equipped the ring prior to redeeming the box and had been disconnected.

    You have no box in your inventory? (it disappeared after dcing?)

    That is correct, once I relogged the box was not in my ETC Inventory.
    But I hadn't known that and talked to Pila to redeem the box and she gave me the dialog stating that I don't have the Bride/Groom box.

    Strange. Id say that would warrant a refund then :)

    However, the box needs testing. Shouldnt disappear upon relog

    I think it might help if you post this same thread to the character issues section
