Dead pet bug/water of life

In-Game Name: Neko
Issue: Bought a "water of life" when we had the dead pet bug thingy
Details:
Was wondering if i could either get a refund of the water of life ( remove it and give me nx so i could either buy a new one or something else), or at least get a few days more duration on it so that i don`t have to use it within 1 hour after my pet dies( @Kimberly not sure if you where sarcastic back when we had the bug when you told me to just keep it and use it later... But it will be really hard for me to even use it within 1hour ), I bought it only due to the bug in the first place :/
