    Description of the bug: I got a 2-win streak with the RPS NPC and didn't receive a Certificate.
    What is supposed to happen?:Receive the Certificate.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:Henesys Game Park
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Play when your etc inventory is full.
