Windows 8/8.1/10 disconnecting problems

    iv'e been experiencing connections problems for the past couple days.
    the game would disconnect and send me to the log in page (this occur on different channels), when i try to renter again i would get the message that i'm already connected.
    so for awhile restarting the game solved the issue but now its starting too happen more often while playing.
    the last time it i was sent to the log in page i tried to restart the game but the game froze on a black screen and i had to restart my computer.

    hope you can help me solve the issue.
