Double Shot Lv 1 Tooltip is weird

Where did you find and/or notice this bug?
I found it as I was looking through my skills and put 1 point into Double Shot.
Can you describe the bug in detail? If not, can you provide a screenshot/video of the bug?
Double Shot Level 1's tooltip states it deals 92% damage per arrow, but Double Shot Level 2's tooltip states that it deals 78% damage per arrow. Here's a screenshot: [/IMG]
What is suppose to happen?
Level 1 should display a lower damage level than Level 2.
Can you provide a step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug? (Please be as specific as possible.)
1. Reach Level 10 and advance as an Archer.
2. Reach at least level 11.
3. Put one point into Arrow Blow, and one point into Double Shot.
4. Check Double Shot's tooltip.
Extra information: (Optional)
I don't know if this affects actual damage or not, so I'm keeping a skill point unused out of fear of losing damage.
