Drk or hero

DKs are more fun.
You get your bossing and mobbing skills in 3rd job unlike Heroes.
With zerk, you will have to pay attention to your hp bar and focus on the gameplay which is more challenging, fun and rewarding damage-wise

I play both, I find it easy to play DK at 3rd job mostly, after 4th as said above you need to check ur hp constantly. While with heroes if you get to that, its easier much easier at 4th job.

Hero is an "optional" attacker class, you can take 1 if u got a spare spot in your bossing party, Drk rivals hero damage with zerk30 whilst being a core team class. Also depends what you prefer more tbh, hero is a hold down 1 key afk class, drk needs to manage hp for zerk so requires concentration during bosses for optimal dmg.

 

tl;dr dk is effort, hero allows you to eat noodles while being a bossing pro.

 

Here is a video of a classic Pink Bean run, and how some of the job classes perform (also its very loud so if you have headphones..)

 

in my own personal opinion, Dark's are stronger if you are more funded. My 167 drk out dpms a 163 hero who was very well funded. With regards to the hp bar, once you mac your hp to 30k and have auto pet hp, then you're pretty set. You don't need to constantly watch your health bar.
Again this is just my personal opinion and experiences.

LOL true, crow gets me everytime. But in terms of grinding, its something you don't have to worry to often about
