    You can easily get it again via killing the mob over at Warped Passage.
    It drops it

    Just make sure to check if you missed out on a quest where the NPCs are and try killing the giant mob there again, it drops it 100% when you are done with the prequests.

    i already did the prequest. i dropped the medal but it seems like the npc wont allow me to redo the prequest it just gives me another piece of dimension. I went to the mobs still no drops.

    Take the lost medal quest from one of the NPC's in path of time OR
    Kill gatekeepers as they drop it
