Windows 8/8.1/10 error-2147221000 (DLL for class not found)

    I recently installed MapleLegends and after figuring out how to exclude the files from my anti-virus, I received the above error after try to start the game. I made sure that the ijl15.dll was excluded, so I don't know what this error is talking about.

    edit: I think I fixed it by playing the compressed version of MapleLegends.exe
