Just like how at KPQ you can still change Squishy Shoes after you have past Lv 30.
And at LPQ you can still change Broken Glasses after you have past Lv 50.
Or at OPQ where you can still change Goddess Wristband after you have past Lv 70.

Would like to recommend that for MPQ, it is the same for the necklace and the upgrade rocks.
I was past 85, and I couldn't talk to Yulete anymore to change for the PQ items.
