Favela 2023 Recap

This post is the Favela 2023 recap, shedding light on the incredible journey our guild has had throughout the year.

Favela, being an exclusively Brazilian guild, may not have the same numbers of notorious players as some others. We also might not be as "tryhard" overall, but many of us consistently strive for having a good game progress, improving player skill and content optimization. I'm very proud not only of the individual achievements of our members, but also of the community we've been growing!

In the spirit of acknowledging our members, I want to highlight the remarkable progress and next goals of some dedicated Favela members as we start this new year!

Spoiler: Karn

Gears:
- Perfect 24/120 NT Knuckle was actually mid 2022 but... well
- 15 attack cape
- 21 attack glove
- +2 perf Judgement

Char Progression:
- Lvl 200 Buccanner, finished late wash to 24k
- lvl 19x Corsair, 30k potential
- lvl 16x Bishop
- lvl 15x Bowmaster, 30k potential

Mages:
- 1x Bishop
- 4x IL
- 2x FP

2024 Goals:
- Corsair lvl 200
- Bowmaster lvl 200
- Finish perfect Judgment gun
- Get bishop to PB
- Get a decent FS
- Finish lvling a Paladin

Leo is one of my best friends, a person that I admire a lot. He started playing kind of recently, but still manages to take the best out of everything he can do.
Some things worth noting is that he never sold leech or did mage farming in his career, while also playing relatively few hours per day, but still managed to farm admirable quantities.

Achievements:
- Perfect Crushed Skull
- lvl 200 Paladin
- lvl 14x Buccanner

Goals:
- Upgrade cape/glove
- Decent csed MoN
- ~25 att Shield
- MW30

Spoiler: meqwu

Another relatively new player who has my admiration and friendship. It's been great to watch his development and also being part of it, he already achieved great things but has potential to achieve even more.

Achievements:
- Playable NL
- 6.5k hp Bishop
- Perfect 13/86 Red Craven
- PB on Bishop/HT on NL

Goals:
- Finish washing NL
- Get bishop to lvl 200
- 21 attack glove
- 14 attack cape
- PB on NL

Spoiler: RalphJhonson

Hes always minding his own business but has been consistenly making incredible progress. It's been pretty cool to see his improvements, being it gear-wise or in player skill on his new buccanner doing Pink Bean.

Achievements:
- Level 200 DK & 190 Bucc
- 3 playable chars for Pink Bean (DK, BISHOP, BUCC)
- Perfect 23/120 NT Knuckle
- Pink Bean chair

Goals:
- Level 200 BUCC (and BS?)
- New Main
- Upgrade glove and cape
- MW30

Spoiler: Danoninho

She's a very ambitious player and 2023 was a great year for her, getting a perfect NT weapon for her first attacker while also having a NL in the works. Really looking forward to see what 2024 will look like

Achievements:
- Level 200 BS and 18x Hero
- Pink Bean Chair
- 15att gloves & 9att cape
- Perfect NT 2H sword
- 15x NL (15K hp atm) *Tier 10
- Duo ArchMage (IL/FP) (setup for farm/leech)

Goals:
- Level 200 HERO
- Main NL
- Perfect Claw
- MW30

Spoiler: xEren

Another relatively new player that has quickly gained my admiration and has achieved great things. It still amazes me how some people manage to get some pretty good game progression without having sweaty setups or selling tons of leech.

Achievements:
- 19k hp on Bowmaster
- +5 Perfect NT Bow
- lvl 200 on Bishop

Goals:
- Finish +7 NT Bow
- Start of another attacker with 30k hp
- Upgrade cape to 14+ attack
- Upgrade glove to 21~23 attack

Spoiler: Aoshii

He's always playing on his own pace, and is very friendly, communicative, and a good friend. And even though he's not been playing as much there's still some cool progress being made!

Achievements:
- 12 attack cape
- 20k HP on NL

Goals:
- Finish wsing perfect Dragon Purple Sleve

Spoiler: Camylla

Kind of new player that wasn't really on our guild for a long time (until her new character was born) but still was very present in our community. Always taking it casually but it's still nice to see the progress being made!

Achievements:
- Raised two mages (IL and Bishop)
- lvl 14x Paladin
- Start of Timeless Equinox project

Goals:
- Start PBing
- Start WSing the Timeless Equinox
- Get a decent Claymore
- Upgrade gloves

Spoiler: Honorable Mention

Bicusso2 wasn't the type of guy with many words to say, but he really liked the game and was always there for years. Sadly he passed away a few months ago, and that was a big loss for our community.
