This week, I took a trip to Florida with my dad to see my Grandma.
Ever since my grandfather died, she's been all alone, and she never even learned to drive, either.
Being there made me think of a lot of things, about how there are people a lot worse off than me.
She said goodnight to my grandfathers urn every night before bed, and tells him how much she loves him.
    It was really sad, actually.
All this time I thought I was alone, but I don't know the definition of "alone".
Being there, seeing how alone she is, made me think that I shouldn't complain about being so lonely.

I'm going to make sure to call her more often, and go visit her whenever my dad goes.
It was kind of a traumatizing experience, but sort of in a good way.
As much as I hate to say this, her life made me see how much more I have.
I have friends that care about me, and family.
In terms of getting into a relationship, I'm still young.
I've also been inspired to go back to college, and take a culinary arts class.
I love to cook, so I hope this turns out well!

Regardless, I think that experience has helped me grow as a person.
I know a few of you care about me here, so I figured I'd just share this will the few that do.

    Thanks for reading.
