Not a Bug Finding the Ingredients for Tae Sang (Level 55 and above)

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): We are not able to enter the Pirate Party Quest after lvl 100 and the quest, {Finding the Ingredients for Tae Sang (Level 55 and above)} is still avaible once we passed that level, so we are unable to finish it since we need to go inside the PPQ for the Etc needed. The quest should either be removed from the quest list once were above level 100 or there should be another way to get the Etc needed from the quest, like allowing PPQ to be done when you are lvl 100+ or making the monster outside of the PQ droping them too.
    What is supposed to happen?: We should be able to complete the quest if its still on the Avaible quest list.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: In the Avaible quest once you passed lvl 100+

    The ginseng and bellflower extract right? Well the quest isn't impossible after level 100. Those items are tradable; you just need someone who has collected them inside the PQ to give them to you.
