Low Firebomb glitch

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Firebombs will get stuck in a frozen state where they can't unfreeze and they don't blow up and they can't get hurt.
    What is supposed to happen?: Normally firebombs explode when you do 1/2 damage.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Showa spa.
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    1). Use ice strike on firebombs and do 50-60% damage but don't 1HKO them.
    2). Around 1% of the time they get stuck in a frozen state.
    Extra information (optional): I have a screenshot but it says there's an error when I try to upload it.
