Windows 8/8.1/10 First time character select error

    Hi there,

    I've just downloaded and am playing for the first time. Created character and on character select I get this error message:

    "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again"

    Any idea how to fix this? Thanks.
