Low Florina Beach - Hot Sand, Tortle Ranged Attack Does not deal damage bug

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): In Florina Beach - Hot Sand, once you reach low HP Tortle's ranged attack does not damage character
    What is supposed to happen?: Tortle's ranged attack should damage character
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Florina Beach - Hot Sand, Monday September 21, 2020 at 1PM
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): 1. Get to low HP (For my level 55 character with 1700 hp approximately, it was the 400 hp threshold)
    2. Attack Tortle and step far away to allow for ranged attack animation.
    3. Check if HP is going down after character is hit.
