Forgotten Shrine's portal broken, cannot get Sayram's shield

    Hello IGN:Hammer. I was trying to complete this last step for the quest, "Song of Forgotten Warrior" to obtain Sayram's Shield. I had to kill all the Jrbalrogs in the map to use the top left portal. Unfortunately after killing the balrogs, the portal didnt work and didnt shoot me up to the platform above. The platform above should contain 4 Things to hit for the shield. I cannot access it. I really want to complete this quest for Heaven's Hammer. Is there a way to get me up there to hit those objects for the shield or is there a way to refund me the quest item "Sayram's Shield"
