    I have a simple question. Where should I gach? My job is chief bandit so I'm looking for pac Or pgc ,bwg and other stuff like this. Any advices. ?

    If what you really want is a pac/pgc and bwg, probably NLC is your best choice because Shrine has a lot of dark scrolls selection you can receive from it, while NLC is more aimed towards the actual equips, or atleast thats how i understood it. But any gacha you go to, dont be surprised if you end up with nothing good because gacha itself is a gamble, no matter what town you do it at. :)
