I suggest changing the level cap of Gachapon to 30 instead of 35 since levels 30 to 35 takes quite a bit of time since there's no PQ between those levels. It can also be used as a "reward" for hitting 2nd job to be able to use the Gachapon.

The point of gacha limit of 35 is that its a pain, so its less likely (or takes more effort) to abuse it.
