Win events

 

Sorry to necro but can anyone explain a little bit more about those events or give a link that explain them?

 

These are from GM-hosted events.
They are randomly ran by us; you will get a notice in chat that a GM is hosting an event and to head to Jean to join, usually with a 10 minutes timer.
People who win those (Events like Fitness, Russian Roulette, Ola Ola and Green Light Red Light) are awarded Game Cash. It's the only NX that allows you to Gift Cash Shop items to people, making it pretty valuable.

I just found out about this site and game version yesterday and I'm pretty lost, as the last time I've played Maple was in its beta.

Btw, I also donated and received cash but it wouldn't let me buy extra inventory slots, So I'm not sure what category is for what right now, Could you give me a fast explanation please?

 

With Donor Cash you can purchase:
1) Everything under the Donor tab
2) Everything under the Equip tab (including Throwing Star covers)
3) Cash Shop effects
4) Facial expressions
5) Transformation scrolls (Pig/Alien/etc.)
6) Notes
7) Guild emoticons
8) Chalkboard
9) Name change via @changename command in game Everything that you buy with Donor Cash is permanent.

There is no ''pay to win'' in this server, so things that give advantages are not available with Donor Cash. They can be bought with the 5000 Vote NX you get every day from voting for the server.

Last thing, Is there some kind of wiki/wowhead for this version of maple? Every time I search for anything quest related or guide related I get answers that are related to the official version.

 

Just a question, why aren’t mount skins considered purely cosmetic . I assumed they were.

It's this server's own database, similar to Hidden-Street but with accurate information on monsters, maps, items, quests and others.

It's pretty active and you generally won't have too much trouble finding people to answer any question you might have.

I actually wasn't even aware they weren't myself; sounds like something you could suggest.
