Windows 8/8.1/10 Game crashes when i login

hey,
When I enter the game and click on the character to enter the maple world, the game closes abruptly. I have the latest version and yesterday I was able to play..
I tried reinstalling the game and it doesn't work.

Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

Update: I just tried connecting via VPN and it works. Is it possible that my IP is banned?

Update: After a few hours of playing with a VPN, Maplelegends crashed and I can't get into Maple World since then. I can log in but when I double click on my character the game crashes so can't get into Maple World. I can log in but when I double click on my character the game crashes. please help me
