High Game crashes when trying to login and char is in FM

Description of the bug: Sometimes when I login to my char and he is in FM, the game crashes right away without any error message.
What is supposed to happen?: The game should not crash and I should be able to play
Where did you find and/or notice this bug? It's actually been a while. Sometimes, when I log in, it doesn't crash, and sometimes, I need to attempt 5 times for it not to crash.
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Just go to FM, quit the game, try to log in, and boom the game crashes and you're not able to log in.
Extra information (optional):
I use Vmware Fusion with Windows 11 on Mac M1 Pro.
