Windows 8/8.1/10 Game crashing consistently in PB stage 4/5

    Hello everyone. I've been experiencing client crashes consistently over a span of 2 years. This usually happens during 12man HT runs and 30man PB runs. I did not face any issue during any 6man content. All crashes are due to -2147287038(unknown error 0x80030002) and -2147467261(invalid pointer). Is there any thing I can do to rectify this?
