Low Game freezes with too many items on the map

Description of the bug:
When I enter a map that has too many items dropped on the floor, or I grind in a map long enough that there is heaps of items.
Then my game just grinds to a halt/freezes after a couple of seconds seconds and then stays like that for a good couple minutes and then it unfreezes.
Intermittently it will render a frame or two.
Occasionally hearing the sounds of mobs dying from people killing the mobs.
What is supposed to happen?:
No freezing game
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:
Any map with a lot of drops (happens more frequently on maps with a lot of mobs of course)

I run Maple Legends inside Parallels Desktop on my M2 Mac Pro.
