Windows 8/8.1/10 Game not responding and crashes at launch

    Haven't played for few months, so when I tried to launch the game it said I need to update.
    I re-installed the game (excluded from anti-virus) but it opens and stuck for 30 seconds on white screen and then crashes (Runtime Error! abnormal program termination).
    I've tried probably every suggestion made in this forum before :\

    I'm having the same problem. It's weird. The game was working fine earlier today. Any suggestions?

    Edit: It's working now. Anyway, hopefully no more problems.
