Update General Patch Notes: March 6, 2023

Welcome to the general Patch notes for the Lunar Event 2023 patch!

This post will contain a comprehensive list of fixes, changes and new implementations for the server side of things, that are in addition to the already-posted client changes.

As the non-event changes aren't a lot this time around, the client changes will be included in this post, for ease of navigation.


General Changes

• The Lunar Event is now active! Click here for details.
• [client] A first version of support for special map clock graphics has been added.
  • Currently, the only active one is the space clock, used in Lunar Event maps.
• Implemented support for disappear-on-logout quest items.
  • These items will require the players to carry them while they're online, for a set amount of time, in order to complete the relative quest.
• Implemented support for conditional reactor drops, based on their state.

Skill Changes

Beginner:

• Spaceship, Space Dash and Space Beam skills have been added to the Beginner skills tab.
  • The skills will not be visible until learnt; Space Dash will be invisible regardless.
  • The skills will be disabled during the next patch, as they are exclusive for the Lunar event period.

Bugfixes

General:

• [client] Fixed an incorrect handling of the alert pose while ghost-morphed.
  • This applies to the Spaceship ghost-morph as well.
• Attempting to purchase more Event cosmetics than the Cash Shop inventory can hold will now ask the player to make some space, instead of sending the items to Cash Shop and thus causing it to crash upon entrance.

Skills:

• [Corsair] Elemental Boost will now correctly increase the freeze duration applied by Ice Splitter.
