Medium Glitched Character

Description of the bug: I am having an issue with my character where if I log into maple after having my PC running for a little while, I can't use NX effects or emote expressions. Even saying "haha","hehe","hoho" won't cause my character to smile. I've had this issue before and reported it and the only thing that seems to fix it is restarting my PC, but it's really irritating to have to do that every time I want to play maple. :/ Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a known solution other than restarting my PC?

Things I have tried to fix the bug that didn't work:
• Logging out of maple and logging back in.
• Switching Characters - it also happens on my other characters.
• Restarting my maple client.
• Restarting my maple client as admin.
• Using the Dispose command.
• Resetting my in-game key config.
• Logging off on my PC and logging back in.

Only known fix:
• Restarting PC.

What is supposed to happen?: I'm supposed to be able to use emotes and nx effects. This bug doesn't seem to effect any other aspect of gameplay from what I can tell. Just emotes and equipping NX effects.

Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: I noticed it occasionally before the Valentines Day patch but it got worse after the Valentines Day patch I think.

A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug: I don't know how to reproduce it because as far as I know I'm the only one experiencing. It's like this the moment I log in.
