Low Guardian aggros monsters even when not blocking

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):While mounted guardian cannot activate to block damage, stun the mob, or knockback the mob. However, it *can* still aggro a monster and make it start attacking.
What is supposed to happen?: Probably not draw aggro if the effect didnt go off.
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:Getting attacked by non-aggro mobs while on mount.
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):Have a shield on, activate mount, and walk into a (non-auto aggro) monster. Eventually the monster will start attacking (likely when guardian "activates" behind the scenes).
Extra information (optional): This comes with the implication that not even mounting is safe for 1hers taking aggro mounting into the bean. This message brought to you by Right Side Warrior Gang.
