[Guide] Missable and Hidden Quests

The purpose of this thread is to list every Missable and Hidden quest on the server. Keep in mind it is still a work in progress and probably not finished since I am still not 100% aware of every quest in the game. That being said, please let me know if I should add/change anything. I also don't include any event quests since I'm not sure which ones are planned to reappear each year. Anniversary events have always been different I believe. I may come up with a list of event quests that have currently appeared one day.

Missable quests: Can be missed if not accepted or completed below a certain level or does not meet a pre-requisite.

All Maple Island Quests
-After leaving SouthPerry

The Path of Warrior/Magician/Bowman/Thief/Pirate
Pre-requisite: Arrive at Lith Harbor
-Cannot be accepted once you choose a job
*Can only choose 1

All Job Training Quests
Pre-requisite: Choose a job
-Under Level 20

Manji and the Secret Group (Under Level 29)
Pre-requisite: None
-Must be under Level 29

To the Desert (Under Level 29)
Pre-requisite: Manji and the Secret Group
-Must be under Level 29

Byron's Recommendation Letter (Level 30 and above)
Pre-requisite: 1st job advancement only
-Talk to Byron in Ariant before getting your 2nd job advancement
*There are 5 seperate quests listed on lib.maplelegends.com which means they are each job related most likely

The Lost Piece of the VIP Ticket (Level 30 and above)
Pre-requisite: 'Help Kevin the Soldier's Vacation Plans' to be completed and 'Recovering VIP Ticket to Florina Beach' to be unstarted
- Drop the Ripped Travel Ticket(s) at this point in the questline to trigger the quest
*For some reason there are 2 quests listed on lib.maplelegends.com. Each one only shows different dialogue it would seem. If someone knows anymore about this, please let me know c:

The Lost Photo Album (Level 30 and above)
Pre-requisite: 'Snow Crystal 2' to be completed and 'The Ocean View: Kriel's Offer' to be in progress
-Drop the Aquaroad Photo Album at this point in the questline to trigger the quest

The Lost Sap of Nependeath (Level 40 and above)
Pre-requisite: 'Ericsson's Reward' to be completed and 'Elma's Nependeath Juice' to be unstarted
-Drop the Sap of Nependeath at this point in the questline to trigger the quest

The Lost Nependeath Juice (Level 40 and above)
Pre requisite: 'Elma's Nependeath Juice' to be completed and 'Alfonse's Smile' to be unstarted
-Drop the Nependeath Juice at this point in the questline to trigger the quest

The Missing Dropship (Level 50 and above)
Pre-requisite: 'The Control Program Rombot' to be completed, 'Lost in the Ocean' to be unstarted
-Permanently locked out if the 'Lost in the Ocean' questline is started. This is the only quest like this as far as I'm aware

The Lost White Essence (Level 58/63 and above)
Pre-requisite: 'Fight for the future' in progress
-Drop the White Essence at this point in the questline
*The second part of this quest requires you to be at level 63

The legend of Papa Pixie (Level 51-70)
Pre-requisite: 'Spiruna's Concern' to be completed
-Cannot be accepted above Level 70

The Record of Goddess Minerva (Level 51 - 70)
Pre-requisite: None
-Cannot be accepted above Level 70

The Endangered Lives of Grays (2) (Level 65 and above)
Pre-requisite: 'The Battle Against Zeno' to be completed
*You must receive the Wave Translator (False) to complete another instance of this quest. (50% chance to receive) Continue dropping the Wave Translator until you receive the false one, then drop that one and continue the quest.
*I'm not 100% sure if this quest is accurate. please correct me if something is wrong

Alcadno and the Ostracized Research (Level 71-85)
Pre-requisite: 'Zenumist and the Ostracized Research' in progress
-Cannot be accepted above Level 85
*Exclusive to 'Zenumist and the Ostracized Research'
*I was told by staff members the Magatia PQ would become available for all levels in some form once it is released just to complete this quest (as an event most likely). So skipping it until then is your call for now

Zenumist and the Ostracized Research (Level 71-85)
Pre-requisite: 'Alcadno and the Ostracized research' in progress
-Cannot be accepted above Level 85
*Exclusive to 'Alcadno and the Ostracized Research'
*I was told by staff members the Magatia PQ would become available for all levels in some form once it is released just to complete this quest (as an event most likely). So skipping it until then is your call for now

Keeny's Research on Frankenroid (Level 71-85)
Pre-requisite: 'Keeny's Research on D.Roid!!' to be completed
-Cannot be accepted over Level 85
*I was told by staff members the Magatia PQ would become available for all levels in some form once it is released just to complete this quest (as an event most likely). So skipping it until then is your call for now

The Outlaw in the Sea (Level 55-100)
Pre-requisite: None
-Cannot be accepted above Level 100

Pirate's Map (Level 55-100)
Pre-requisite: None
-Cannot be accepted above Level 100

Eliminating the Pirates (Level 55-100)
Pre-requisite: None
-Cannot be accepted above Level 100

Captain Lord Pirate (55-100)
Pre-requisite: you must obtain Lord Pirate's Travel Diary which can be found from any chest during the Pirate Party Quest.
-Cannot be accepted above Level 100

Finding the Ingredients for Tae Sang (Level 55 and above)
Pre-requisite: None
-Cannot be accepted above Level 100
*If you are above level 100 you will have to acquire the items from another character who isn't above level 100. So this quest isn't technically missable. But for the sake of involving only 1 character, it is.

Re-acquiring Dr. De Lang's Notes (Level 75 and above)
Pre-requisite: For Zenumist, For Alcadno, or For Phyllia in progress
-Drop Dran's Notes to activate this quest
*There are 3 separate quests listed from the hyper link. They are all the same quest and I guess Neckson thought it was necessary to include separate quests depending on what quest you had in progress previously lol

The Lost Piece of Crack (Level 80 and above)
Pre-requisite: 'Papulatus' in progress
-Drop the Piece of Cracked Dimension at this point in the questline

Tatamo's Suggestion (Level 120 and above)
Pre-requisite: Attributes of a Hero
-The Secret Spell Scroll must be in your inventory
*This quest is missable if you get the items from Manon and Griffen instead
*The quest is labeled 5 times on lib.maplelegends.com most likely because this is a job quest. Even though all of them have no difference

Hidden Quests: Do not show up in the available tab by default

The Lost Letter (Level 10 and above)
Pre-requisite: none
-Double click on the garbage can which is located near Muirhat in The Nautilus: Top Floor - Hallway
*This quest also triggers the Golem Elimination questline (Good exp once you are the required level)

Welcome to New Leaf City Quiz (Level 15 and above)
Pre-requisite: none
-Talk to Icebyrd Slimm at New Leaf City Town Street: New Leaf City - Town Center and click on the 'Take the quiz' option
Re-acquiring Alcadno Cape (Level 30 and above)
Pre-requisite: Joining Alcadno
- Drop Alcadno's Cape to trigger the quest

Re-acquiring Zenumist Cape (Level 30 and above)
Pre-requisite: Joining Zenumist
- Drop Zenumist's Cape to trigger the quest

Lost in the Ocean (Level 35 and above)
Pre-requisite: None
-Obtain 1 SOS Letter before initiating this quest then talk to Robinson in Aqua Road: Two Palm Trees
*Accepting this quest will permanently lock out 'The Missing Drop Ship' if it has yet to be completed

Parwen the Ghost (Level 52 and above)
Pre-requisite: None
-Enter "Hidden Street: Authorized Personal Only" in Magatia and the quest will activate
*This quest also triggers a questline and is also needed for 'Re-acquiring Dr. De Lang's Notes'

Translated Communique (Level 70 and above)
Pre-requisite: Lost in Translation
-Talk to Elpam Gorlab if you no longer have the Translated Communique in your inventory
*This can be done even if you completed all parts of the Lost in Translation quest line

Temple of Time Questline (Level 90 and above)
Pre-requisite: none
-Enter the Temple of Time and the questline should start
*The final quest requires you to be at level 135

Job Exclusive Quests: Can only be accepted if you meet the required class

Luke the Security Man's Wish to Travel (Warrior only) (Level 50 and above)
- Exclusive to the Warrior class
- Has 1 quest objective

Ronnie & the Fairies Building a New House (Magician only) (Level 55 and above)
- Exclusive to the Magician class
- Has 4 quest objectives

Collecting for Maya (Bowman only) (Level 55 and above)
- Exclusive to the Bowman class
- Has 4 quest objectives

Pia's Present For a Friend (Thief Only) (Level 55 and above)
- Exclusive to the Thief class
- Has 3 quest objectives

*The pirate class does not get an exclusive quest around level 50-55

Pet Quests: Requires a pet from the cash shop

Trainer's Command (Any Level)
Pre-requisite: Pet from Cash Shop x 1
-To activate this quest, talk to Trainer Bartos in Henesys: Pet Park and choose 'Please tell me about this place'

Pet's Evolution1 (Any Level)
Pre-requisite: Baby Dragon (Level 15)

Pet's Evolution2 (Any Level)
Pre-requisite: Pet's Evolution1

Pet's Re-Evolution(Any Level)
Pre-requisite: Pet's Evolution2

Robo Upgrade! (AnyLevel)
Pre-requisite: Baby Robo (Level 15)

Educating Smart Pets (Pet Summon)
Pre-requisite: MUST be a robo pet

Educating Smart Pets (Speech by Itself)
Pre-requisite: MUST be a robo pet

Fanzy the Mysterious Cat (Level 10 and above)
Pre-requisite: Pet from Cash Shop x 1

Fanzy the Amusing Cat (Level 10 and above)
Pre-requisite: Fanzy the Mysterious Cat

Kenta's Advice (Level 30 and above)
Pre-requisite: Pet from Cash Shop x 1
