Halloween PQ longer time limit

The last stage of the pq (the bookcase stage) is supposed to be quite a fun puzzle stage. I personally quite enjoy looking for which bookcases I have to click on to progress, but after over an hour of attempts, I've yet to clear it, because each time someone from my party did not manage to find all their bookcases. I get the idea that this is because of the following reasons:
1. the entire pq has a time limit of 10 minutes, ussually this ends up with us only having about 6 minutes for the actual book case stage.
2. the puzzling descriptions (while in my opinion very well done) can be incredibly difficult for non-native english speakers, making this pq very difficult for them.

Of course all of this could be circumvented by just learning all the bookcases through trial and error, but I think it would be nice if people were actually given enough time to solve the intented puzzle.

Could the pq's time limit be increased? and have any of you actually cleared it yet?

Edit: just managed to clear it, you go to the catching stage with very little time left. no explaination is given in the bonus stage so i didn't get any ghosts, apperently you had to talk to the buttler for pouches. Why is this pq the way it is? its just awfull. In it current state it is just bad for my blood pressure.
