    Description of the bug:

    What is supposed to happen?: Master Level of Hero's Will should be 1 instead of 10.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:
    I just finished Hero's Will quest, and wondered why it has master level of 10.
    This screenshot is from my friend ICEmoon, since I don't have enough SP currently.
