    Not work. :(
    On the screen home page of "Forum".
    On the screen home page of "Shout Box", "Shout Box >> Full View", "Shout Box >> PopUp".
    No where I can post anything with "Enter". I wonder why?

    I could be wrong but I think you need to have a certain number of posts on the forum or a certain number of likes before you can talk in the shoutbox. Possibly to prevent spam messages from newly registered forum accounts.

    Edit: I vaguely remember a message stating this info, instead of the "Thank you for being a Legend!" at the top of the shoutbox

    Yay, I think so, here in this post, I got a red message told that "You need 3 posts to able to insert links...". Perhaps it is also required to shout. ^.^
