How to reduce ping/lag in game?

    So I'm currently playing Maple Legends from Singapore, which is pretty far away from the server.
    Have slight delay in which when I consume pots, there is a 0.3~0.5 seconds of healing delay.
    My ping is around 29x~32xish.
    Other than using other VPN servers or WTFast, is there any other solution?

    Unfortunately the things that you have mentioned are the only things that are used to stabilize ping and latency issues. Unless you're able to somehow move closer to the server or if the server moves closer to you, your best bet is to rely on VPN programs.

    info about it:
    Leatrix Latency Fix will reduce your online gaming latency significantly by increasing the frequency of TCP acknowledgements sent to the game server. For the technically minded, this is a program which will modify TCPAckFrequency.

    ^basically makes so you send smaller faster packets to the server( to improve your ping in most online games), instead of waiting to send one big packet with lot of information * if i remember right *
    Before Leatrix Latency Fix is installed:
    • Server: "Ok computer, I just sent a data packet over to you, got it?"
    • Your computer: ...
    • Server: "Come on, answer me! I don't have all day! Stop wasting time!"
    • Your computer: ...
    • Server: "Ok, forget it, I've waited long enough, sending another one over! Got it?"
    • Your computer: "Yep, got that one, also got the one you sent before, thanks."
    • Server: "Well, why didn't you acknowledge the first one when I sent it? I was waiting ages!"
    • Your computer: "Sorry, I'm just trying to make the network more efficient by bundling the acknowledgements together in pairs. This is how I'm setup by default."
    After Leatrix Latency Fix is installed:

    • Server: "Ok computer, I just sent a data packet over, got it?"
    • Your computer: "Yep, send the next!"
    • Server: "That was fast! Ok, here's another, got that?"
    • Your computer: "Yep, send the next!"
    • Server: "Wow! What an improvement! Now that's more like it!"
    • Your computer: "Yep, it's certainly keeping me on my toes, thanks!"
    ^if you still are unsure about something check the FAQ for it

    not sure if it will help a lot for you or not, but should/might help a bit ^^

    works for all online games from what i know, it won`t always show a better ping in games but it will improve the latency

    So compare this 2 videos.
    He's a nightlord using auto hp pot.
    go to 1:54 where he got beamed.
    his hp recovered almost instantly.

    for me at 0:18 where i got hit by the golem.
    it has a delay of around 0.3 to decrease my hp.
    and to heal myself as well
    I dont have a Pet Auto Pot footage but you get what I mean. Even if I were to use my pet auto pot, my pet will activate the potion but it will not heal instantly.

    So it seems the only way to solve it is to physically get closer to the server. OnionDown
